We are aware of the goodness and wealth of El Bierzo. We know that it is a land that is generous to those who work it and care for it. We also believe that it has more than enough richness within it to raise the level of all of us who fight for it.

We seek, and indeed manage, to create wealth, in the most human sense of the word, with the utmost respect for the natural environment of our Bierzo, always looking for the beauty of the surroundings in which we work.

Using artisan methods, we prepare solely and exclusively products from El Bierzo, in order to retain, above all, their dignity and authenticity.

We convey popular knowledge and tradition in the preparation of everything we make. We invent nothing: we allow that knowledge to reach people, as an integral part of the cultural heritage of El Bierzo.
