Our way of doing things
over the course of many years in Cacabelos and now at Canedo, made us think that
it would be a pity if we did not spread out to other places in Spain.
And so we began a new
adventure with the creation of tasting shops and eating houses in various
cities. We did this without realising that we were gradually building up a
franchise network. In fact where we have established ourselves, people are
quickly warming to our distinctive range: a limited number of products, but very
good ones which are above all simple and authentic.
Our eating houses are
now well established and are the best example for taking our Bierzo to the
various parts of Spain. |
