100% Mencía Maceración Red:

This is the young wine par excellence. Prada was one of the first to favour this winemaking process. A wine with soft tones and a deep colour, a cascade of aromas, bursting with luxuriance… and in the mouth it skips from being firm to loving, disconcerting the palate and inviting another sip.
Today, the Prada “Maceración” is a national benchmark.

Rosé:
From the two queen varieties of the El Bierzo vineyard, Mencía and Godello, comes the perfect marriage from which a feeling of brazen youth exudes, an abundance of fresh fruit. Slightly chilled it is totally sensual.

White Godello:
It pales into its yellows and is enriched by its intense aromas, an aromatic strength which has to be lovingly cared for during fermentation. Its mild sharpness brings the palate alive, it is pleasant and persistent.
